Note: If the armrest pad is loose, shaken or the surface is damaged, the screws should be tightened or replaced with a new armrest pad in time to ensure the safety of using the armrest support type.
2. Frame
Divided into fixed frame and folding frame;
The fixed frame is lighter and has fewer parts. It is an integral structure and will not cause damage to the parts. If there is a breakage, it needs to be welded or replaced; the folding frame is heavier and can be folded longitudinally for easy storage. , but there are many parts and it is easy to cause damage to the connecting part.
Note: When the frame is broken or bent, or the screws are loose, you should contact maintenance personnel in time to repair or replace the wheelchair.
3. Foot support and calf support
It is divided into detachable type, rotating type, length-adjustable type, angle-adjustable type and folding type.
Note: Long-term use of the footrest and calfrest may cause the connecting bolts to loosen, causing the footrest to be too low. You should regularly confirm the tightness of the screws and adjust them to the appropriate length.
4. Seat
Divided into soft seat and hard seat;
Soft chair seats are made of soft materials and have a certain degree of ductility, making them easy to fold and more comfortable; hard chair seats are made of hard materials and have strong support capabilities.
Note: Most soft chair surfaces are composed of cloth and Velcro felt. Looseness and dents in the cloth surface may be caused by loose screws that fix the cloth surface, damage to the cloth surface, or loose Velcro felt. The screws should be tightened in time, the cloth surface should be replaced, or the Velcro felt should be readjusted. Felt to maintain the stability of the sitting posture and maintain a comfortable state.
5. Parking brake
Divided into toggle type and step type;
Note: If the brake handle shakes left and right, the bolts at the connection between the handle and the frame may be loose and should be retightened. When the tire cannot be fixed or the tire rotation is stopped, the brake should be adjusted to the appropriate position (it should be about 5mm away from the tire when the brake is released).
6. Tires
Divided into pneumatic rubber tires, solid rubber tires and hollow rubber tires;
Note: When the tire tread is blurred, the depth is less than 1mm or there are oxidation cracks, the tire should be replaced in time; when the air pressure of the pneumatic tire is insufficient, you can refer to the tire pressure value on the side of the tire for inflation. Too much or too little will shorten the life of the tire.
7. Spokes
Divided into spoke type and plastic mode;
The spoke-type spokes are lighter as a whole and can replace a single damaged support, requiring frequent maintenance; the plastic-shaped spokes are heavier as a whole, are relatively more expensive and more beautiful, and need to be replaced as a whole after damage.
8. Fixed belt
Divided into devil felt type and snap button type;
Note: If the devil felt fixing strap cannot stick, remove hair and debris in time or replace the fixing strap; if the elastic buckle fixing strap becomes loose and breaks, the elastic buckle or the entire set of fixing straps should be replaced in time.
