Wheelchairs are an indispensable item in the field of recovery, and there are many types of wheelchairs. We have introduced many interesting wheelchairs before, such as sitting and standing wheelchairs, and emotion-controlled wheelchairs.
As a means of transportation for the elderly and disabled, electric wheelchairs have strict technical requirements. The driving performance and strict safety guarantees of wheelchairs are the primary technical requirements. The following discusses the technical requirements of electric wheelchairs from three aspects: the driving performance of the wheelchair, fault detection and maintenance, and the human-machine interface.
1) Basic driving function of wheelchair.
The analog setting of the wheelchair is issued by the joystick, and the speed gear setting button is used to set the highest and lowest operating speed of the wheelchair. The wheelchair must be smooth, stable and safe when starting/braking, giving the user a particularly comfortable feeling. Automatic electric wheelchairs have no special requirements for the speed of starting/braking of the motor, but they have relatively high requirements for mechanical characteristics. The wheelchair must be able to climb at least a 5° slope, operate on poor road conditions such as grass, and operate normally on different roads with left/right drive wheels.
2) Fault detection and maintenance
The controller should be able to automatically diagnose, locate and alarm faults, and display some common faults. If a fault is detected when the wheelchair is running, the system should be able to make the wheelchair stop safely and confirm; when the wheelchair is stationary: if a fault is detected If something goes wrong, the system should be able to identify the wheelchair immediately. Specific fault detection items are as follows:
(1) Joystick failure
(2) Battery failure
(3) The motor board is blocked and the color is on the left/Shi Motor) Download the document in high definition without watermark
(4) Brake failure (including left/right brake)
(5) MOS tube failure
(6) Communication problems
