When the battery voltage is too low, turn on the power switch and the power indicator lights up, but it cannot drive the motor forward;
Second， The clutch is in the open state:
Electric wheelchairs with electromagnetic brakes can be driven electrically only when the electromagnetic brakes are closed, and cannot be driven electrically when the clutch is open, and can only be driven manually.
Three, electric wheelchair controller failure:
If the main board of the electric wheelchair controller is damaged or the control lever drifts, there may be electricity but cannot walk. In this case, it is recommended to replace the matching controller;
Fourth, the motor carbon brush is worn or burned out:
Some electric wheelchairs use brushed motors. The carbon brushes of brushed motors are wearing parts and need to be replaced regularly. If they are not replaced for a long time, the wear and tear will cause the electrical appliances to fail to start.
