There are no disabled seats on the plane, and disabled passengers cannot get on the plane in their own wheelchairs.
Passengers in wheelchairs should apply when purchasing tickets. When changing boarding passes, someone will use an aviation-specific wheelchair (the size is suitable for use on the plane, and it has a fixed device and a seat belt for flight use) to transfer. Passenger’s wheelchair, passenger’s wheelchair must go through free check-in procedures; there is a special wheelchair passage during security check.
After getting on the plane, there is a special place for wheelchairs to park, where the wheelchair can be fixed.
It should be noted that when a disabled person who is eligible to take a flight needs the airline to provide facilities or services such as medical oxygen used on the plane, checked electric wheelchairs, and narrow wheelchairs for on-board aircraft, they should mention it at the time of booking, and no later than later. 72 hours before flight departure.
Therefore, people with disabilities need to pay attention to the flight, and consult the airline as early as possible before booking a ticket, so that the airline can coordinate and prepare. Disabled persons should arrive at the airport more than 3 hours in advance on the day of boarding, so as to have more time to go through the boarding pass, baggage check, security check, and boarding.
